2. Delete the cache folder as explained below:

Windows XP
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Battle.net
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net
In the start menu type %programdata% - shortcut to to the Cache folder
