Làm sao để unbann cho account AION EU trước đây?

Thời gian trước có rất nhiều bạn bị NCSoft block account AION và đa phần là không bao giờ nhận được một thông báo lý do của NCSoft. Sau khi Gameforge trở thành nhà phát hành mới cho AION EU họ quyết định sẽ cho các account này thêm một cơ hội mới, vì không chỉ có gamer biết là trước đây NCSoft đã block lung tung một lượng lớn account thế nào.

Để đề nghị unbann cho account của mình, các bạn gửi mail đến [email protected] với những nội dung sau:

Account name (tên tài khoản game):
Reason for account suspension (lý do tài khoản bị khóa): bạn có thể đề là 'NCSoft's never informed me about it'
Real life name (tên thật, không bắt buộc phải điền)
If still available, attach the ban notification E-Mail from NCSoft: nếu có thể thì gửi kèm E-Mail thông báo tài khoản của bạn bị khóa từ NCSoft.

My old NCSoft Aion (EU) Account has been suspended. What can I do to get back into the game?

Please write an E-Mail to [email protected]. In order to
help us to investigate your case, please put the following information
in the body of the E-Mail:
Account name
Reason for account suspension
Real life name (optional!)
If still available, attach the ban notification E-Mail from NCSoft

We will look into your file and decide case by case whether we can justify to unlock your account or not. Our decision will of course depend on many factors, including the reason of your suspension.
Reviewing your case will take approximately 2 weeks. You will be notified via E-Mail if we decide to approve of your request to unban your account. If you haven’t heard back from us within 4 weeks, your account will remain locked.

Please understand that we will not engage into any discussions about our decision. Multiple E-Mails regarding a single account will not be answered. We hope for your understanding.

Any decision will be made in the best interest for the game and you, the AION Free-To-Play Community.
