I was able to verify that the account linked to your Xbox does not exist in our database. Please check that it was not mistyped. If you are sure of the Windows Live ID then it is also possible that your account is already inactive.
Your account will be inactive if you do not sign in for 270 days or within the first 10 days after registration. The account will then be removed if it has been inactive for 365 days.
We have received similar reports regarding error in closing Microsoft accounts and we are still working on a permanent fix. As a workaround, please close your account by logging in to the link below:
Close Account
Note that this will close you account and you need to refrain from logging in within 270 days to prevent reactivation. After 270 days, the Microsoft account will be permanently closed.
Tôi được cho account ở Mĩ nhưng không sử dụng được trên máy xbox ở VN chắc hơn 1 năm rồi. Vì lí do không online, thằng microsoft đã close acc này rồi .Còn trứoc đó 1 năm vẫn log vào trên xbox.com bình thường check số point tài khoản vẫn còn trong dữ liệu mà bây giờ nó trả lời acc này bị đóng do không active
