chỉ mình cách mod với trong readme nó bảo phải có CLEO library làm sao dây nhỉ

What it is?
This mod enable a speedometer when you get in a vehicle.

Installation:
To use this mod you need obligatorily the CLEO library. You can download it from here:
http://cleo.sannybuilder.com/cleo3.rar

- Installing the CLEO library:
Download the archive and extract it in San Andreas folder without creating a folder. Make a backup of VorbisFile.dll.

- Installing the mod:
1. Insert speed.cs file in GTA San Andreas\CLEO\ folder.
2. Insert speed.txd file in GTA San Andreas\models\txd\ folder.
3. Play and enjoy!


READ HERE, YOU CAN IMPROVE THIS MOD!
If you are good with graphics editors (e.g. Photoshop) feel free to modifiy the files in speed.txd file! You can improve this mod! If you want to release it remember to keep the credits in the mod! The original author is Olegator!

Information about speed.txd:
STRELK: speedometer hand in the day (till 8pm)
cif: speedometer structure in the day
cifn: speedometer structure in the night (after 8pm)
STRELKn: speedometer hand in the day
glassc: speedometer breakage

After 8pm the speedometer change automatically! I didn't make 2 different textures, but you can!

down cái cleo trên kia về rồi giải nén, cóp vào thư mục GTA SA, rồi down mod, giải nén, cóp file có đuôi .cs của mod vào thư mục GTA SA, còn file .txd còn lại vào /models/txd thế thôi
