Bạn hãy chọn 1 trong những niên ( năm ) sau : 1930 ; 40 ; 50 ; 60 ;70 ; 80 ; 90 và 2000 tại nơi khởi đầu chế độ SandBox .

1. Chọn ''Start'' và mở hộp thoại ''Run''
2. Gõ ''regedit'' ( chỉ là chữ )
3 . Click vào dòng ''HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Lionhead Studios Ltd\TheMovies''
4. Bạn phải đến ''The Movies'' , nhấp đúp vào '''Allow Any Decade''
5. Trong hộp thoại ''Value Data'' , đổi số 0 thành 1 và sau đó ấn ''OK''
6. Đóng cửa sổ lại và hãy bắt đầu tham gia vào thế giới của ''The Movies''

Btw , đừng cố gắng chỉnh sửa trong Registry Editor bởi nó có thể chỉnh sửa những thứ khác dẫn đến hỏng game .

Every item unlocked in sandbox mode - Mọi vật dụng được mở khóa trong chế độ SandBox

Bạn bắt đầu ở năm 2000 và với 1 vài sự thay đổi nhỏ , mọi vật dụng sẽ được mở khóa .

1. Mở 1 thư mục , 1 thư mục bất kì và chọn ''Tools ~~> Folder Options

2. Nhấp chuột vào nhãn View

3. Kéo thanh cuộn xuống dòng ''Hidden files and Folder'' và chọn ''Show Hidden Files and Folders
''

4. Bây giờ đi đến "C:\Documents and Settings\YOURNAME\Application Data\Lionhead Studios\The Movies'' ( Hãy thay đổi đường dẫn tới thư mục nếu bạn setup game ở ổ đĩa khác )

5. Mở file UNLOCKING

6. Xóa tất cả những gì có trong thư mục

7. Copy trích dẫn dưới vào thư mục đó :

sau đó đặt file vào thư mục Data trong chỗ bạn cài game
Tác dụng : chỉ cần cho diễn viên tập diễn trên set vài lần là có thể max experience về thể loại đó (chưa tới 1 phút)

Dành cho ai không biết đổi phần mở rộng của file : sau khi copy vào notepad thì save lại dưới tên experience.txt .
Sau đó vào thư mục bạn đặt file experience.txt , trên menu chọn Tools / Folder Options , trong thẻ View , bỏ chọn cái "Hide extensions for known file types" , OK.
Sau đó rename cái experience.txt thành experience.ini là xong

Tiếp theo là hack relationship của diễn viên , cũng làm như trên , copy phần dưới paste vào notepad , save lại dưới tên social.ini và đặt vào thư mục Data của game

Riêng cái cheat này thì bạn phải down cái thư mục tôi đã đính kèm , down về giải nén và đặt vào thư mục Data của game cùng với file global.ini , vậy mới có tác dụng
Tác dụng : tăng số người đến xin việc làm vào lúc đầu game (khoảng 50 người)
