Mới coi xong cốt truyện hay và tiềm năng phết công nhận cái core story của dòng Ter này vào tay mấy anh Nhật lùn cái nó dark deep có chiều sâu phết, nội cái ý tưởng ở tương lai vô vọng xong quay ngược về quá khứ dùng công nghệ của tương lai để build 1 con AI mới làm đối trọng với Skynet cũng là 1 cái brillant idea thoát khỏi cái kiểu cũ "cử Ter về quá khứ để kill core leader quân kháng chiến" của bao nhiêu phần là thấy hay rùi. Thậm chí cũng giải nghĩa 1 số cái mindset về time travel cũng như việc cứ giết 1 người leader ở quá khứ rùi người khác mọc thay thế cũng hay. Này mà dc làm 1 bản điện ảnh thì điểm cao khỏi bàn lun. Cơ mà cốt truyện chỗ thằng Kenta trong tương lai và role của con Ter trong phần này cứ lật qua lật lại như bánh tráng nên cũng hơi lằn nhằn khó hiểu.

Outline. To make a fanedit that felt like a respectable terminator set after Judgement Day with a new scene structure, new Plot and ending. With John Conner as more of an equal central character, than a side one, and being the hero in the end. In this Version Marcus has no human heart, and isn't Conners savior by the end. A lot of this film has been re-arranged. The whole movie recut shot by shot, with many shots removed and remaining shots trimmed to tighten action, continuity, alter dialogue and keep the film focused, and to balance the cross cutting of Kyle and Marcus with John, so Conner doesn't feel like a side character after the opening.

T4. The trailer had me excited after a long break in the franchise, with the fading but reminiscent memory of titty inflating terminators proceeding it. When it came out the end result felt like two stories badly thrown together. One of John Conner. And one of Marcus. oh, and kyle. The Setup and execution of both is.. frustrating. Conner disappears in the middle. Marcus has so much set up I was surprised they made it a twist in who he was and ruined that surprise. Also his wake up and intro jail scene with bald tim burton woman are very cringe inducing. But there is gold in this film, when christian bale is good it works, the film is shot well, I like that a lot is in daytimem ...and a film set after judgemet day. My mind went wild, but no dark blue skeleton filled exploding jeeps with lazer firing machines. Instead a story of a resistance woman releasing a terminator with amnesia that did some nice things who has a human heart to give up at the end... go f@#k yourself film. A new prototype, Kyle Reece to save, and john having a new killswitch trying to make the timeline work is good enough as a plot. The heart transplant ending has so much liquid stilton running off the screen i turned it off as he stared at marcus in the hospital bed when i first watched it on blu in 2009. No no no no no. Terminator salvation is a film I WANT to like, I like bits of it, I love looking at some shots (when they work together mr adult director who calls himself McG) but when i watch it i find myself drifting off, wondering why some dialogue is even there, and christian bale flips from good to... croakily shouting with no persona. At times I'm taken out of the film with some cgi, confused by character decisions... I find myself frustrated before I even get to Kyle Reese in the film. The opening needed a lot of restructuring.

I wanted to try and even out the cross cutting of John Conner and Marcus/Kyle to feel more even like two stories evenly leading to the crescendo, and to make the film feel less bloated, and try to improve some of the shots that to me just do not work together or actions scenes that don't feel tight or intense, just set pieces.

I have brightened two sequences as they were nearly all black screens (the testing the signal and Conner driving to skynet) (Screenshots at bottom of post)

As every shot is trimmed and every scene reshaped, its hard to list everything like, man turns head right removed, so I have included major changes listed below, and most the work is really making the sound work again after all the cuts.



Significant Changes:

- Removed Jail Intro and death sentence

- Recut opening facility infiltration. Many shots removed or trimmed, removed some radio dialogue, and commander lines, to keep it focused on conner and finding the t-800 project.

- Recut Conner Helicopter escape

- Removed Conners denial to go to command and dive jump

- Marcus waking, and taking coat scenes removed

- Recut Conner in command. Rmoved some repeated lines and frogman line and line that machines have an off switch. scenes ends on kyle being on the list.

- Moved Marcus (now intro) and kyle reece fight a terminator scene to here.

- Recut & Rearranged Conner back at base scene. Swapped John listening to sarah on tape and talking to girlfriend scenes. So he meets her, they hug, they chat, he tries to think on sarahs quote, Then listens to the tapes to remember.

- Moved & Recut Kyle & Marcus sleep for the night here.

- Moved & Recut Signal tested on captured bot here.

- Moved & Recut Conner Radio monologue here.

- Recut garage scavengers scene. Removed dialogue about their resistance sign. Removed your not going anywhere line.

- Recut Marcus meets Blair

- Moved & Recut Testing signal here. Brightened the near invisible scene.

- Recut Marcus & Blair make a Fire. Removed section about heart and cuddling up.

- Recut Conner & Marcus Meet. Removed i'll kill you i dont give a sh@! about you line. Removed you mean kill him line by blair. Removed Macus saying Noooooo twice.

- Moved & Recut Kyle gets discovered in Skynet to here

"Ngày phán xét" trong dòng Terminator này là bất biến, ko thể thay đổi được cho dù phe con người hay skynet gửi về quá khứ bao nhiêu lần và thay đổi ra sao cũng ko tác động được đến sự kiện "ngày phán xét" cũng như tiêu diệt được skynet trước khi ngày phán xét xảy ra. Những sự thay đổi chỉ diễn ra sau ngày phán xét và tạo tiếp tục ra 1 thực tại mới (tương lai bất định) có lợi hay bất lợi phụ thuộc sự tác động quay về quá khứ đó. Bởi vậy nên kịch bản Terminator nó muốn vẽ thế nào ra chả được.
