We have investigated your account and found that the Parental Controls were added to this account when it was created - no malicious third party added them.
As such, if you wish to remove the Parental Controls entirely, we will need additional information to make the desired changes. Upon receipt of this information, we will remove the Parental Controls registered to the account in question. Please be sure your email filter is set to receive emails from

Please submit the following information:
1) A legible photocopy of the identification of the current registered account user displaying the full legal name, date of birth, and expiration date (if applicable). Acceptable forms of identification for the child are: Passport, Driver's License, State ID, Military issued ID (with the back photocopied) or Birth Certificate. (School IDs are *not* accepted.)
2) A copy of the Terms of Use (TOU) Form completed by the account owner. The TOU form can be found here:

- If no ticket exists, create a new one

, rồi giờ viết ticket xin đổi tên về tên thật nó có cho không, hay nó tưởng mình hack nó ban acc mình??? 
và có cần thiết phải dùng tên thật không ( có liên quan đến rút tiền trong balnace sau này hay blah blah...)
Hồi lập nhỡ điền name linh tinh :( Phải đổi name cho đúng rồi sau đấy mới send ticket đổi region nhỉ :(
