Hello,
Today Nam Gung-gon, the creator of Tauti update and a member of the Korean Joint Production Deparment, asked the Korean Lineage II players how they want the class system to be reworked.
18th August, and actually 474 Korean players voted

As Elmar, known as Yidao on those forums, pointed out here (http://boards.rochand.com/viewtopic.php?p=13069#p13069) the Korean players can choose between 4 options :
Option 1 - Blue Bar : Keep the current Awakening system, and add more diversity due to racial traits
Option 2 - Red Bar : Keep the current Awakening system, but let the players being able to learn again 3rd class skills (nothing about 2nd class skills)
Option 3 - Green Bar : Divide the Awakened classes again into 34 different classes
Option 4 - Yellow Bar : Add diversity by creating new classes.

After reading that, you may ask yourself what could we do about it. Basically, we can do nothing from here to vote on this page. But we can vote here, and express our opinion regarding this poll with the same options they are. With some luck, Cryo would be able to forward the results of this poll to the Korean Production Department, so they could add them to their datas and have a better look about it.
It's not the first time the Korean developers are taking the opinion of Lineage II players. In the month of May, they talked directly to player in the Ong PC Cafe. This talk lead to important changes made in the Echo updates
For your information, SAM made the same poll on Toushijing, the most important taiwanese site about the Lineage 2.
