Sadly with us giving away something free, players have found a way to massively abuse our system. So something that was supposed to help players and give them rewards has turned into something many like to abuse. With this, the abusers have become extremely strong while our legit players suffer. We have come to the conclusion that we must redo our system that players gain zen. Are plans that are already in motion is to make it so players are rewarded based on time they spend in the game and enjoying it. We will have it set so a player much reach an X level and a X amount of time in the game to start gaining Zen. We will keep working on this system, tweaking it so that legit players will always have a fair chance. With this we feel we need to purge our game. This does mean a wipe, I am sorry about that. I know some players will be thrilled others no so much. We have been banning a lot of accounts but the damage has already been done. We will do our best to make sure this is the only wipe you will see here on Aria. But the fact remains that the abuse has gotten way out of hand and something needs to change. That change will be how players gain Zen. This will take effect in a few days. We are working on the new custom system in our databases now. Now, we know legit players have spent time in the game getting to where they are now. We will be rewarding a lot of players with starter zen to help them get back to were they where before.
