AH đang bị cái quái j vậy, có ai giống mình không???

nói chung là vẫn chưa fix xong.....thấy cái bản báo bảo trì vẫn còn đó...khi nào mất cái bảng đó thì mới bán đc.................chờ thêm 1 ngày nữa xem sao các bác ạh
 
Cái bảng bảo trì đó chỉ chứng tỏ một điều là bọn nhân viên đi nghỉ lễ hết rồi, đến cái bảng cũ mèm từ đời nào cũng không thèm tháo xuống. Chỉ còn cách ngồi đợi hết thứ 3 thôi, thua rồi đó, bọn blue cố tình đui, bọn CS cố tình trả lời ticket một cách ngu học chỉ là để câu giờ chờ mấy thằng devs và testers ăn hại quay lại sau nghỉ cuối tuần thôi.
 
cái code bây giờ không sent vào đt mình nữa...............hồi trưa del paypal rồi add lại bán đồ RMAH no dòi code ma resend mãi không đc....

Chuẩn đấy... mà có khi vụ bảo trì 2h hôm vừa rồi cũng chỉ là đòn gió để xoa dịu players thôi, chứ thực chất bọn nó cóc làm cái j cả, đợi nghỉ lễ xong mới bắt đầu sửa lỗi

@ mà điên nhất là tại sao thằng bị lỗi thằng thì ko bị mới cay, mịa x2 ức chế =))

My name is Dzung. I'm from Singapore. Currently I'm having a few problems with the RMAH. In the past 3-4 days I could not use the RMAH at all. I can't post items on it, nor buying stuff with my VERIFIED PayPal. I had tried to delete PayPal payment method, and added it again, but to no avail. Several of my friends are having the same problem. Most of them are living in the SEA, none are living in the state. Those who are staying in the US have no problem with RMAH though, as far as I know. Could you please give me some information about this? And please don't tell me that my PayPal isn't verified, like what my friends' tickets did, because I did a lot of purchase in the RMAH before without any problems, and my PayPal should have nothing to do with this. One more thing, when I tried to purchase stuff in the RMAH, it always say "due to heavy system load blah blah blah" so I suspect this is a server-sided problem, not a client side.

Hello Cyaniculex,

One question, how did I purchase items before then if my PayPal is not verified? I had deleted the PayPal and added it again, exactly what I did when I linked it to use the RMAH for the first time, yet the same problem happened. My PayPal account is verified and there is no limit or anything that could prevent sending and receiving money from Blizzard. Also the problem only happened a few days ago. And Blizzard DID make a quick maintenance for the RMAH, which indicated that there IS some problems with it. I sincerely hope that Blizzard could look more into the problem, since a lot of people are affected by it.

Thank you for getting in touch with us regarding your Diablo III RMAH issue, after reviewing your account I found that your shipping profile is incomplete which leads me to believe that the RMAH is being finicky due to account information that is not updated or mismatched.

Please make sure your Account information in updated as well as your Billing and Shipping profile, as this can cause a similar issue to what you are experiencing.

Hello Diovantsigh, (why you all have weird name!?!?!)

I had reviewed my shipping profile and completed it, however the problem still persists. Here is a few evidence of it. I had attached 3 screenshot of the problem. Notice that I had completed quite a number of transaction before (22/10/2012) and I can't buy anything on 27, 28 and 29/10/2012. I also took note of the contact address and everything is perfectly normal.

Đù má gửi ticket cho nó thì toàn là PayPal của mày bị blah blah, shipping address ko complete. Mình thì tuần trước vẫn buôn bán ầm ầm có sao đ' đâu. Bọn này chịu chết cũng ko nhận lỗi về server.

:)) h bị lock rồi, mún unlock phải xài sms arlert mà ko nhận được code làm sao đây T.................T
 
Đậu má và mả cha chúng nó, giờ mới chịu nhận là lỗi của mình, nhưng vẫn với vát là tại paypal của mày chưa verified, thật chứ 2 tháng vừa rồi em nhận với send hàng chục k usd, éo verified chết với paypal đầu nước rồi :(

Cái bọn CS này, chưa hiểu đầu đuôi lỗi thế nào, đã hướng dẫn con nhà người ta veryfy paypal, đổi tên paypal trùng bnet,... Chắc chúng nó đc hướng dẫn thế mà, cứ có khách thắc mắc ko bán đc hàng paypal là phải abc xyz... Khổ thân nhìu bác làm theo giờ nó dek thèm gửi sms alert nữa..

Sao mà giống cái bọn khốn CS của mấy bọn ISP trong nước thế ko biết, cứ lúc nào mất mạng, đứt cáp quang biển, gọi lên là như một cái máy, anh thử kiểm tra lại dây, khởi động lại modem xem sao bla bla có khả năng máy anh bị virus... Thằng bạn mình trước còn tin lời nó cài lại win :))

Kết luận: nghe lời CS thì có mà ... cạp đất mà ăn

customer service mà, ai làm nghề này hoặc có bạn bè làm trong đó rồi biết.
Cơ bản câu hỏi "have you tried turning it on and off again?" đều thành công rất nhiều lần :)), ko thể ko qua các bước cơ bản đấy để giải quyết vấn đề.

Bình thường thì ko nói, nhưng nhiều trường hợp chúng nó biết mười mươi do lỗi hạ tầng kỹ thuật bên chúng nó rồi (như mấy vụ đứt cáp quang biển...) nhưng chắc đc chỉ thị cấp trên là "không đc nhận lỗi về phía mình", nên hay có trò câu giờ kiểu hướng dẫn khách hàng làm mấy cái động tác giả hết sức vớ vẩn... Nhưng mà nói vậy thôi, cũng thông cảm, cs bên cty mình cũng ko khá j hơn :))

nói thật là chưa chơi wa WOW nhưng qua cái D3 này thấy thằng Bliz bị thần tượng hóa quá nhiều ,quay đi quay lại còn kém hơn mấy thằng VTC , Vina. Có hơn cũng chỉ được cái lắm tiền
 
Có bác nào thử cách mUa AC mới rùi Add Paypal xem có bán được không...Mình vừa mua nhưng ko add được SMS luôn...:D

em nghĩ nó bị lỗi sms luôn rồi..................còn ko bán đc bằng paypal em nghĩ là nhiều....nhưng người ta bán bằng balance...hoặc bán = gold...còn tụi mình ôm đồ nên sốt ruột thoi........
