Mastermind: đúng như tên gọi là "bộ não" của nhóm, có thể deploy medic bag (trước đây là việc của medic), nâng 1 số skill giúp ích cho cả team như tăng stamina, tăng stability, tăng $$$ sau mỗi phi vụ... có 2 skill khá thú vị là bắn thường dân ko chết và đứng dậy ngay lập tức sau khi bắn chết 1 thằng cop = pistol khi đang bleedout.
Enforcer: tuơng tự với Assault của P1, có khả năng deploy ammo bag, giảm recoil vũ khí, nhặt được nhiều đạn hơn từ xác địch, giáp trâu hơn, có thể mang 2 bag cùng 1 lúc
Technician: ờ hờ class iu thích của mình ở PD1, có thể tuơng tác với đồ vật nhanh hơn (vd như sửa drill...), đặt trip mine, đặt sentry gun, phản dam taser
Ghost: dành cho các bạn yêu thích Sam Fisher (me too
), thường dân ít nghi ngờ hơn, di chuyển nhanh hơn, địch sẽ không hét lên khi bị bắn (wtf ?
