With Violence, Sex, and Drugs, Gangsta is the Gritty Anime You've Been Waiting For
còn dark hơn cả Black Lagoon
Source: goboiano
The anime doesn't hold back with heavy themes such as Prostitution.
Violence.
Drugs.
And many other mature elements that easily categorize this series under the seinen label.
The story takes place in the city of Ergastulum, a shady ville filled with killers, thieves, prostitutes and corrupt cops.
Our main characters, Nic and Worick, are handy men taking on risky jobs in town from the Mafia and Police. Jobs no one else is brave enough to take up.
The first episode is mainly a character introduction, but just from that you can tell this anime will shape up to be something amazing!
Many people in the community are saying this series gives major Black Lagoon vibes.
And I agree with most of them. However as the story progresses, the anime takes the mature themes a few steps further than Black Lagoon with a darker and more intricate plot. As a Manga reader, I'm excited to see how this adaptation unfolds!
If you aren't watching I highly suggest going to check it out. If you've already watched it, leave your thoughts below in the comments!
