・Added a function allowing refusal to assignments to Viceroy, Governor and Minister posts.

bạn kiếm link down Folder CommonRedist. cài 2 DirectX và vcredist xem

đó là do máy thiếu các dll bổ trợ thôi.Máy nào đủ vẫn chơi bình thường mà bạn.
