If you have a V7.0 or higher Code Breaker PS2 and can not get some of the newer games working. You might have not entered the Enable Code first.
Before it didn't matter in what order you put the Enable Code as long as it was entered and activated it would work.
But not anymore, anytime you see an Enable Code that starts with the first line being 'B4' something, you MUST enter that as the first cheat for the game or the codes will NOT work!!
For example:

1) Boot up Code Breaker V7+.
2) Choose Select Cheats from the Main Menu.
3) Press Circle to add a new game.
4) Enter 'Resident Evil-Outbreak' as the game name.
5) Press Start when finished to accept the game name. Press Start when finished.
6) It will take you to the new game just added, Press Right on the D-Pad to goto its cheats. (There obviously will be none because you have to add them in yet.) Press Circle to add a new cheat.
7) Enter 'Enable Code' as the cheat name.
8) Press Right on the D-pad to goto its codes. (Once again, there will be none as you haven't entered any yet.) Press Circle to add a new cheat.
9) Now, enter the Enable Code line exactly as it is on our site: B4336FA9 4DFEFB79. (Bear in mind, this Enable Code/Codes are for Resident Evil-Outbreak, you should use the codes listed for the game you want to add!) Once finished, Press Start to confirm it. You will notice it is now displayed on the screen.
10) Next Press Circle again and add the next line: 81BFE04F 68815567. Press Start to confirm it, it will appear on the screen as well.
11) Repeat step 10 until you've added all 4 cheat codes for the Enable Code (Must Be On) code.
NOTE: If you are using V7.0, there's a slight problem with entering new cheats manually, so go here to enter more codes.
12) From here, you can continue on like normal, adding any cheats you want to.
When you are finished, you should note that the Enable Code is at the top of the screen. It must be for the cheat codes to work properly.
And there you have it, you've successfully entered the the new V7+ cheats to your Code Breaker PS2 V7+.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE: Be extremely careful entering cheats manually, even 1 digit off can cause the codes to: A) Freeze the game. B) Not work at all.
