'MEMORY CARD TRANSFERING FOR .BIN AND .GSX, for .bin you may need to download 'xport' software off of codejunkies
FOR .BIN memory card - extract zipped the folder, choose which .bin files to use- either the top 4 H/A kit one or the 8 teams home kits onse and put them to one side, plug in ur 360 memory card and usb converter cable, go to your existing PES folder where the existing 76kb options file is, transfer the chosen .bin files to your memory card by drag and dropping them individually into the PES folder of your memory card, take out your memory card, put memory card in xbox, go to dashboard, delete your existing edit and uniform files from your HARDDRIVE just leaving your option file (system data saves 76kb) if you haven’t done already, copy the new edit and uniform files from your memory card to the hard drive, remove memory, play game, check the edit screen to see if changes occured, if so play... if not do this MOVE fix-go back to 360 dashboard, open hard drive files, look for pes saves, if they say 'unknown' next to them- select MOVE and then select the same hard drive they are on anyway as their destination and your xbox user name will appear next to them.. now they will work.
FOR XPLODER .GSX- extract the zipped folder to your PC, put the .gsx files of your choice (choose either the top 4 H/A kit one or the 8 teams home kits one) in your PC’s game saves folder (C:\Program Files\Xploder\XBOX 360 Cheatsaves\Saves) turn on your xploder software, plug in your 360 memory card and usb converter cable, transfer them from PC to your memory cards PES2008 folder, this turns them back from .GSX to .bin, take out your memory card, put memory card in xbox, go to dashboard, delete your existing edit and uniform files from your HARDRIVE just leaving your option file (system data saves 76kb) if you haven’t done already. Copy the new edit and uniform files from your memory card to the hard drive, remove memory, play game, check the edit screen to see if changes occured, if so play... if not do this MOVE fix-go back to 360 dashboard, open hard drive files, look for pes saves, if they say 'unknown' next to them- select MOVE and then select the same hard drive they are on anyway and your xbox user name will appear next to them.. now they will work.
FOR XSATA HARD DRIVE TRANSFERING-(Make sure you have a PES2008 option file already set up on the 360)
1. Connect the XSATA thingy to the 360 and then connect the HD to the 360. Do not switch on the 360 yet.
2. Run the Xplorer 360 software on the PC.
3. Connect the USB cable to the back of the port in the XSATA on your 360. Connect the other end into the PC.
4. Boot up the 360 – the PC should now recognise the hardware (the 360) and your 360 should not find any profiles.
5. Go back into the Xplorer 360 software and from the top menu select Drive, Open, Hardware or Memcard.
6. This should give you three partitions on the left hand side of the screen.
7. Select Partition 3 and folders should appear on the right hand side.
8. Double click on the content folder. This will bring up a folder “000000000000000” and then more folders dependant on the number of profiles you have set up.
9. Double click into the profile folder (hopefully you only have one profile, if not look at the dates and try and work out which one you need!) and this should then give you the game saves. You need to identify the PES2008 one (on mine it is 4B4E07E6 but not sure if that is consistent with all 360’s). Once identified double click into it.
10. This should bring up another folder called ‘00000001’. Double click into this and there should be your option file sat there (PES2008_OPTION01.bin). If you have any EDIT or UNIFORM files, right click on them and delete them.
11. Download the files and unzip the zipped folder and select one of the .bin folders (choose either the top 4 H/A kit 4 kit one or the 8 teams home kits one).
12. Back into Xplorer 360, on the right hand side of the screen, right click the mouse and select insert file. Locate the unzipped .bin folder from the download and one by one insert the EDIT and UNIFORM files into Xplorer.
13. Once finished click on Drive, Close and exit out of the Xplorer programme.
14. Disconnect the USB from the PC and your 360 will now reboot. You will now see your profiles that couldn’t be seen whilst connected to the PC and when you load PES2008 up, the edit file and kits should be there.
15. IF the files are not working do the MOVE fix-go back to 360 dashboard, open hard drive files, look for pes saves folder and click to open it, if any of the files still say 'unknown' or editingsfun next to them (instead of your xbox live user name)- select MOVE and then select the same hard drive they are on anyway and your xbox user name will appear next to them.. now they will work.
