AN ERROR OCCURRED WHILE LINKING YOUR PAYPAL ( please help me)

Tình hình là mình bị lỗi này đã gần 1 tháng, làm mọi cách vẫn ko add paypal được. Đã lấy thẻ visa của con em làm paypal mới, tạo acc battle.net mới, ra ngoài nhà thằng bạn thử mạng mới, máy PC mới nhưng add vào vẫn lỗi :

Nhìn là biết rồi, acc battle.net mới tạo , paypal mới tạo, add rồi hồi nào? bôi đỏ chi bạn

thì do lỗi hệ thống chờ 2 hôm nữa rồi add lại xem thế nào .
 
up ai biết cách fix lỗi này ko, còn cách nào khác để add paypal ko nhỉ :1cool_byebye: :9cool_canny:
