INFINITY WAR: Where is the Ring? What is Tony looking at?

Based off the above Image (1) The shot of Peter seeing the Ring (2) and the close up Image of the Alien/Ring/Portal/Weapon thing (3) in the Infinity War Trailer, I have determined two key things... 1.) Where the Ring is in NYC and2.) Tony is not looking at it... What he is looking at is any ones guess... more on that later... Above is Image 1
Using google street view I found the scene above where Tony, Wong, Steven and Bruce are standing in the Street. This location in NYC is roughly a half block Northwest of 177A Bleecker Street (Sanctum Sanctorum) Tony is looking Southeast, past the front door of the Sanctum.
Tony takes off his glasses as he looks in the direction of the Williamsburg Bridge. This Bridge connects Manhattan and Brooklyn
This is the Street View from Tonys location in that shot. Literally Tonys POV. What ever he is looking at it may be close to him and the Sanctum. There is no way he can see across Manhattan from here. Maybe he sees the friendly neighborhood Spider Man swinging up on the scene to save the day???
Now we switch over to Peter Parkers POV. Image 2 As he crosses the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge from Manhattan to Queens, he looks Southwest, past Avengers Tower and sees the Ring hovering (descending?) over Greenwich Village...
This is the Street View image from Peters POV looking towards the ring. Crossing over the Queensboro Bridge
This is birds eye view from above the bridge and the general location of the ring. Avengers Tower in it correct location added in for fun :)
Next we move on to the close up shot that the trailer provided Image 3 This ring looks to be hovering roughly above the intersection of West 4th Street and W 10th Street Almost the exact center of Greenwich Village in South NYC

Based off the images... This appears to be the location of the Ring.
As Tony walks out the front door, people are seen running to the right of the screen... Meaning they are running towards the Ring... Interesting
My idea is that Strange, Wong, Stark and Banner all head out to see what the commotion is. Peter is on his way to Queens when he sees the Portal thing... But he has a dilemma. He has to decide if he should act. He is on a bus with his class mates and if he does something he will reveal that he is the Spider Man... By this point his bus has entered Queens and Peter knows he needs to do somthing
Without going back through Manhattan, The only other options to get across the East River are By ferry, the Midtown Tunnel under the river or.. head South and take the Williamsburg Bridge from Brooklyn... This route would take him right past the Sanctum on his way to the Ring The questions now are... Why is the Ring over Greenwich Village, and what damage will it do to NYC?
