We are aware that upon logging into the game after the Big Renegade patch, not all of you were able to find the “Ravenheart” promo card in your collection.
As all of you die-hards will have noticed yesterday, we patched and introduced Renegade successfully, but our servers experienced some technical issues. This is the main factor which prevented us from being able to distribute the cards as we had intended.
The good news is we have found a solution, but we’ll need just a little bit of effort on your side to implement it. To ensure that you will receive your very own and exclusive promo card, please keep on reading.
First of all, this is very important: We want to make sure that we reward all of our dedicated fans! Simply handing out this card to anyone who has logged in for a minute or two wouldn’t make it too special. We hope you will agree this wasn’t the way to go.
So, to make it just a wee bit harder, we decided that you will need to accomplish one of these (very easy) missions:
Either:
* Unlock full game access by reaching Level 4 in PvE
OR
* Unlock full game access by reaching Level 10 in PvP
OR
* Enter a full game serial code.
Once you’ve done this, all that’s left to do is to log in to BattleForge at any time during the week that starts Friday, September the 4th and ends Thursday, September the 10th.
That’s all there is to it.
We want to sincerely apologize that our initial announcement did not go quite as planned.
P.S.: Some of you got lucky and already got your promo card last night. Don’t worry, if you already have your promo card, we won’t remove it.
