Twins are an accessory obtainable by completing quest in the Elemental dungeon. The Elemental Dungeon entrance is located inside the Fishing Hole/Craft Studio. There are 5 Types of Twins.
Fire - Str
Water - Dex
Earth - Vit
Metal - Psy
Wood - Int
Twins need to be worn in pairs (1 Keena + 1 Hart), when you complete the dungeon quest you'll be given a Twin which you can double click on and obtain either a Keena or Hart at random. Once you obtain and equip a Keena + Hart of a specific type of Twin you'll receive 300 stat and 1200 hp. The stat you receive will depend upon which Twin your using. For example if your wearing 1 Fire Keena and 1 Fire Hart then you will receive 300str 1200hp from wearing it. Twins that haven't been opened may be traded or sold on the EM, but once they have been opened they are character bound and non tradable. The level requirement to be able to wear them is Level 1. You may 2 different sets of Twins at the same time as long as they are different types. For example you may wear a set of Fire + Earth twins and receive 300str + 300vit + 2400hp, but you can not wear 2 sets of the same Twins. If you attempt to wear 2 sets of the same Twins (Earth+Earth) you will still only receive the 300stat + 1200hps from them.
As far as what set of twins you should have, get 1 set of Water and 1 set of Earth.
