Muốn chơi HotS acc của bạn bắt buộc fai có WoL trước. HotS có 3 loại, tùy theo túi tiền của bạn để lựa chọn phiên bản cho phù hợp:
1 - Standard Edition có 2 dạng: Digital hoặc Retail Box . Cả 2 dạng này đồng giá $40. Đây là phiên bản cơ bản nhất. Nếu bạn mua digital nghĩa là Key sẽ đc attach vào acc của bạn luôn, bạn fai download bản HoTS về mới chơi đc. Nếu bạn mua retail box, bạn sẽ có DVD để install HotS trong box + key để add vào acc, tặng kèm thêm một số phụ kiện để bạn sưu tập (guide book, notebook, guest pass key...)
2 - Digital Deluxe Edition : $60 Đây cũng là dạng digital key, key sẽ đc attach thẳng vào acc của bạn, bạn phải download HotS về để chơi. bản này đắt tiền hơn vì sẽ đc tặng kèm 1 số vật phẩm ingame:

3 - Collectors Edition (Retail box nặng khoảng 3KG) $80. bản này là dạng box game. Nếu bạn mua bản này, bạn sẽ có sẵn DVD game để install khỏi mất công download + cdkey trong box, bạn sẽ đc tặng kèm những thứ bonus ingame giống như bản Digital Deluxe Edition, ngoài ra bạn còn đc tặng kèm thêm 1 số thứ để sưu tập cho đẹp:
