[PS2] WE10 Rammstone's WE10 option file v0.4 [26/Apr/06]

This option file is made with we10 + Fernando v1 patch

I have not tested it with Fernando v2 yet, I will look into this tomorrow.

I know there are some fake and double player issues. If someone wants to help me with making a list of the real names of the fake or double players I will of course fix it. If not I will give it a shot myself but right now I need a little break.

btw,
if using PS2 SaveBuilder BEFORE opening the xps/max file with it rename
the file, for example to.. wecglouis.xps ..this way no error occurs.

What's in : All National Teams' Kit were done in color emblems (all drawing by me - whistle), All club teams still using dragonskin's one; no players had been created and not much players appearance done too.
Released date : 20-6-2006
Special Thanks : Dragonskin's V3 option file for base and thanks for all color plattes.
Next to Come : 2nd Version will contain players' creation, players' appearence, full squad and formation settings.

- All Club Teams's Emblem (drawn by me)

- All Transfer Complete & no more duplicated players (Can't said 100%, but I think most (like Sutton to Aston Villa, Srnicek to Newcastle, and Doharsso out for PSG... I had not put Exlcesior for Eredivise, Just update RBC only)

- Players' appearence fix (EPL, Bundesliga, Italy, Spain, France Liga{3 promoted teams fixed, plus some teams only), so I had nothing done for Eredivise & extra teams, please fix the appearences for the new transfer players}

- Based on my WC2006 OF, all National Teams & players were done but without Emblems (No slot for it)

I am not good at players' stat, so may be my work not really fit for everyone, so if you want the most accurate stat, plaese visit the thraed that created by PLF. (my mostly recommand)
