Fleet Operations is a popular skirmish and multiplayer orientated total conversion modification for Activision's real-time strategy game, Star Trek: Armada II.
The project's goal was not only to create a simple "modification", but to design a total conversion to make Armada II a worthy successor to the second best-selling Star Trek game, Star Trek: Armada (behind Interplay's Star Trek: 25th Anniversary by a small, but fair margin).

Mình không phải 1 fan của Star Trek, chỉ có coi vài tập phim cũ trên cinemax và 2 tập phim lẻ nhưng thích dòng game RTS, đặc biệt lấy bối cảnh không gian, vũ trụ (định tải Homeworld về nhưng tình cờ phát hiện game này
Như features có ghi, bản mod này hoàn toàn khác so với game gốc là Armada II, mod giữ lấy gameplay của bản Armada I, phiên bản đầu tiên được thông báo và ra đời tháng 4/2003. Hỗ trợ Widescreen support, FMOD sound engine, Tunngle online gaming.
Gameplay như các RTS khác, xây nhà, nâng cấp, mua ship các class, mở rộng base. Có 5 races: Federation, Klingon, Borg, Romulan và Dominion, mỗi race có đăc tính yếu mạnh riêng. Fed có công nghệ warp-in cho phép bạn gọi trợ giúp từ 1-3 ships mỗi 3 phút nếu còn slot trống, tàu phe Liên minh này tấn công thấp được cái shield trâu. Tàu chiến Klingon thiên về tấn công, nâng cấp cực kỳ tốn kém. Romulan đặc biệt ở cloak, nhưng sức chiến đấu giảm theo thời gian. Dominion khá cơ động trong mảng kinh tế, nhưng mua tàu theo cơ chế prototype.v.v...
