-The friend he thought he killed is alive and chops his goddamn arm off, leaving him to roll around in the dirt while one of the two people that hasn't dicked him over can do nothing but watch
-The girl he loves confesses her love for him, but gets captured while trying to protect him
-His destiny is basically to take in cancer
-Sister is revived and starts the worldwide apocalypse. IT KEEPS HAPPENING
-Fatally injure his old friend
-That friend and his sister die AGAIN
-The girl he loves takes his place and absorbs the cancer in the world, killing her
