Schmuck's Highly Recommended A++ List
I've mentioned my so called "Schmuck's Highly Recommended A++ List" several times in the past and I've received a lot of PM's from people asking what is on my list... just to clarify, there is no actual physical list. It's simply a list of names I have in my head. However, I've decided list it for everyone (to my best recollection).

But before you read the list, please read the following guidlines of how I compiled my list!

Scoring Guidelines (to get on my list) :

1) Story + Scenario
A lot of people seem to play H-games only for the HCG but I consider that to be stupid. Several H-games have been turned into anime; ported onto other game platfoms (without the H); novelized; adapted as manga; etc. There is a reason. The stories are actually really good in some of these games. All the games in my list are either good, very good, or absolutely astounding (relatively speaking compared to the average anime/manga).

2) Art + HCG's
Honestly speaking, the art in games really aren't a big factor in scoring for games. They are definitely a plus and enhances the gaming experience but this should never be the primary factor for determining which games you play... because quite frankly, you'll miss out on some of the best games then.

3) Game Genres
I DID NOT put any sex simulators into my list simply because it wouldn't be fair. Some of them are absolutely awesome games but they don't stand a chance when it comes to story. A good example would be Jinkou Kanojou 2 (Artificial Girlfriend 2). I would recommend this game to anyone, but no one can deny that it has no story (hence can't be scored the same way).

4) Voice Actors + H Scenes
Without a doubt, voiced games appeal more to people than non-voiced games. However, this was not a very important factor in my scoring. In addition, the number of H scenes was also not a factor. If you only want the hentai without going through the story, why the hell are you playing h-games to begin with? You should just go watch h-anime instead of wasting people's upload bandwidth.

5) Animation
Whether a game has animation or not had ZERO bearing on how I scored each game.

6) Personal Preferrence
This is MY list. There is without a doubt that my personal opinions had everything to do which games gets put on my A++ list. I'm certain that some of you won't agree with my A++ list, but hey, if you want to express your opinions, go make your own list and post it. Don't come barking at me.

7) Completeness (Important!!)
As I mentioned at the very beginning, this is a list I keep mentally. In other words, I just put this together now with whatever came to mind. I'm sure I'm forgetting to mention a couple of games, but oh well... I'll do follow-up posts if I remember any.

8) First Hand Experience
If you're curious, yes, I have played each of the games in my list. While I may not have played each and every scenario/aspect of all of them, I have played though all of them at least once.

9) Gameplay + User Friendly + Misc
I'm not a professional game critic, hence I refrained from making this part of my scoring consideration.

Note : Some of you may not realize this but many of the games that have been posted on HongFire are on my list. Think about it. Why would people upload crappy games? In addition, it's generally the more popular games that are more widespread... hence it's only obvious that many of the games that get posted on HongFire (by various contributors) are good games (some better than others).
