- New skill - Bionetic Blast (replaces Premeditation): deals physical damage and stagger at target point, damage based on energy.
- Upgraded skill - Electrofield Sentry: the official Raven Ops spec update of the M-520 'Storm Cloud' Portable Point Defense Sentry replaces the unsubtle chain lightning with a small scale electric discharge for stealth purposes while enhancing the power of the final nova explosion. Time until detonation is currently fixed at 2 seconds, but a future upgrade will allow operatives to detonate the sentry remotely.
- Premeditation takes the level 90 uberskill slot (replaces Way of the Raven).
- Doom: the damage synergy is now a self-synergy.
- Cryo Beam: reduced freeze length, replaced knockback with a stagger effect; increased damage, reduced sound volume.
- Storm Crows: now fires +1 extra knife per level after killing an enemy; removed bounce sound.
- Wychwind:
- Maelstrom: due to the recent treaty restricting the manufacture and use of fragmentation weapons, the Maelstrom system was redesigned to minimise civilian casualties while concentrating more damage on the intended targets. The RPS-8 'Maelstrom MkIII' rocket-propelled flechette dispenser has a bigger blast radius on a direct hit and submissile damage is now based on the user's dexterity, preventing on-striking procs from going off in unintended directions and causing collateral damage. To compensate for the loss of damage, the flechettes are now fired in a spiral trajectory for improved short range coverage.
- Broadside: improved graphics by adding a device that shoots the knives.
- Perfect Being: rebalanced avoidance %: now it gives +10% 'effective HP' (ie. damage to death) +6% to +2% per level at a linear rate. Even though the avoidance percentage slows down as it approaches 100%, you continue getting 6-2% survivability for every point.
- Beacon: new cast sound; now adds 1% movement speed per soft point when active.
Barbarian
- Titan Strike: description is now more verbose.
- New skill - Nephalem Weapons: enchants the weapons of the party with elemental damage based on your stats.
- Earthquake: now has a small chance to knockback.
- Thunder Slam: added flat magic damage per base strength, but fixed radius.
- Bear Claw: removed annoying sound effect.
- Screaming Eagle: enemy damage reduction now caps at -25%.
- Overkill: reduced impact scatter radius to improve density and increase damage; removed graphics and sound.
- Ancient Blood: reduced IAS bonus.
- Fortress: timer now reduced with hard points, down to 2 seconds; corrected description to reflect this is spell lockout and not a timer.
- Spirit Guide: reduced defense bonus.

- Cascade: seek range capped at 30 yards (still a hell of a lot btw).
- Elemental: simplified graphics to reduce sprite load.
- Hunting Banshee: removed annoying scream sound.
- Freezing Gale: removed ongoing mana cost, but increased base mana cost to 150; new icon.
- Poison Flash: removed poison length increase per level; improved poison length synergy; improved minimum damage; improved flee synergy; added slow thorns while casting.
- Plague Avatar: changed cast sound.
- Acid Fiends: increased poison flash self-synergy from 40% to 60%. Did you know this actually inherits your +% poison spell damage and -% poison resist? Also renamed aura to Venomous Aura and removed transparency. Text for the text wall! Changes for the change log!

- Wildfire: damage now based on strength instead of energy.
- Circle of Life: increased self-synergy from 15% to 25% and improved heal ramp.

Necromancer
- New skill: Burning Veil (replaces Unholy Armor): wall that invokes bloodlust in allies passing through it.
- New skill: Bane (replaces Oathbreaker Totem): enemies around target minion are cursed with amplify damage.
- New skill: Graveyard (replaces Liche Form): periodically shoots a punisher at a nearby enemy.
- Summon Rampagor: no longer transparent; increased poison damage per second and length.
- Widowmaker: now lasts 0.8 seconds and fires 24 arrows, but now also adds a +base weapon damage bonus (experimental). This spell was balanced, so I regret having to do this, but the 'trap' effect (the emitter stays in place) was stupid.
- Bend the Shadows: no longer has a skill timer, but now inflicts a phase curse on you, duration reduced at higher levels.
- Talon's Hold: now gives up to 30 percent slow from soft points, but gains +3% slow effectiveness per hard point.
- All totems are now limited to 10 shots.
- Frostclaw Totem: modified mechanics to reduce lag and increases damage consistency.
- Fireheart Totem: instead of a stream of firebolts, now fires Flamefront bolts with splash damage; narrowed damage variance to prevent damage overflow.
- Stormeye Totem: increased rate of fire but reduced maximum number of lightning bolts and damage.
- Rathma's Chosen: randomised sound effect.
Paladin
- Vindicate: description is now more verbose; improved graphics.
- New skill: Colosseum (displaces Blessed Life): jump into an enemy and raise an arena, inside which the enemies are weakened; enemies outside are knocked back.
- New skill: Glittering Regalia (replaces Wrath): increases spell damage based on gold carried.
- New skill: Symphony of Destruction (replaces Punisher): periodically explodifies a nearby enemy with the power of awesome.
- Blessed Life is now a level 90 skill (replaces Sovereignty).
- Blessed Life: now gains 2% DR per level, up from 1%; greatly increased flat damage reduction bonus; increased potion heal rate bonus.
- Hammerstrike: now deals 3/2 weapon damage; increased nova radius.
- Merkabah: now an explosion effect to avoid ND issues; this necessitated a few other changes - no longer deals weapon damage or increases in radius per level, but does magic damage equal to 25% of base strength per skill level; now has a 4% chance per hard point to deal x4 damage.
- Lionheart: now also has a max level synergy from Hammerstrike and Colosseum; increased defense bonus; now adds a static 25% of strength to vitality when active.
- Searing Glow: removed physical damage, but added a dazzle component that sets enemy attack rating to 0 for a while.
- Terror Strike: increased base defense bonus.
- Blood Thorns: slightly increased damage.
- Hymn: now has increasing returns instead of diminishing returns (major buff); duration is now affected by a Terror Strike synergy.
- Slayer: increased number of shots from 10 to 15.
- Stormlord (renamed from Dark King): improved synergy from 4% to 9%. The weather for today: stormy with a chance of METAL.
- Vessel of Judgement: slightly increased damage; now has correct damage progression; no longer affected by attack rating and just always hits.
- Rapture: removed timer and increased duration based on Sacred Armor points, but reduced effect; movement speed is now linear.
Sorceress
- New innate skill - Force Wall: creates a wall that repels enemies.
- New skill: Firedance (replaces Illumination):
- New skill: Vengeful Power (displaces Lorenado): passive, increases life and grants a damage boost when struck.
- New skill: Snow Queen (displaces Frigid Sphere): passive, increases defense and deals crushing blows to enemies that hit you.
- New skill: Crystal Healing (replaces Wiccaning): summons a shard of the Worldstone that steals life from nearby enemies.
- Lorenado is now a level 1 skill (replaces Diseased Cattle).
- Shatter the Flesh is now a level 1 skill (replaces Ice Lance).
- Frigid Sphere is now a level 6 skill (displaces Shatter the Flesh).
- Flamefront: narrowed damage variance.
- Pyroblast: narrowed damage variance.
- Shatter the Flesh: new sound.
