Em này hay ở chỗ, hồi em mới ...33 hay 34 tuổi gì đó, scoring còn đạt passable em ấy đã đá được 4* trong 1 trận đấu. Về sau do CLB không train cầu thủ trẻ nên đưa em làm HLV + dự bị mà nhiều trận em ra sân vẫn đá được 2,5* - 3*. Bây giwof dù đã không còn làm HLV cho đội nữa thì em vẫn được giữ lại chơi dự bị cho đến tuổi hưu ^,..,^

Có những em có thể đem lên hàng huấn luyện viên được rồi đấy =))
 
Ầy dà, anh muốn mọi người thấy train exp cũng là 1 kiểu train rất hay :)). Train được 11 cầu thủ luôn :)). Kaka
 
Cho hỏi tý: mấy thằng cầu thủ có Solid leadership và có experience >= excellent thì cho nó làm HLV sẽ đạt trainer excellent + solid leadership hay không?
Vậy muốn có thằng HLV excellent trainer + solid leadership thì cầu thủ cần có những yếu tố gì?
Và trong forum ai có được HLV excellent trainer + solid leadership (không phải creruiting vì nó khá đắt 181M) không?

Về lý thuyết là như vậy, nhưng giá tiền để chuyển 1 thằng có exp excellent thành coach Excellent là ko hề nhỏ, mà hiệu quả thu lại ko cao hơn là bao so với HLV Solid
