However, Steve says three hurtful things to Tony. 'Big man in a suit of armor. Take that away, what are you?' Tony answers he's still a lot of things, including a genius and philanthropist. Cue Black Widow cocking her head, which truly seems like she's conceding that point. Steve then continues 'I know people with none of that worth ten of you!' Who? Howard's personality was similar to Tony's. Carter? The Howling Commandos? Bucky? All of them remarkable people. But when you think that Tony, while imprisoned, built an arc reactor and then a power suit with extremely limited means, then escaped and, instead of returning to his carefree life - which he could have - he willingly entered the Superhero business and stayed there. So, Steve's second comment was rather petty and meaningless. Then, before the final comment, Steve says that Tony isn't the type to lie on a wire to let a fellow soldier escape. Tony retorts that he'd rather cut the wire, allowing himself and the soldier to live. Steve then sneers that Stark always has a way out. The problem is, as much as I understand Cap there, Tony's answer makes sense. He isn't saying that sacrifice is meaningless, he's pointing out that he'd look for a way to save the person and himself first. Which is perfectly okay. Steve tends to put self-sacrifice first, Tony puts 'everyone lives, me included' first. Different viewpoints. But Tony's is by no means less good than Steve's, just not as flashy. By this point, Steve has attacked Tony several times, with Tony countering - flippantly, but that's his personality, and has no bearing on how good his answers are - with good arguments on his side: that he's not just a suit of armor, and that there's more than one way to handle a problem. Then Steve ups the ante: "You know, you may not be a threat, but you better stop pretending you're a hero." Now, THIS pissed Stark off. The rest, well, they were debating differing philosophies. But now, Steve isn't talking about that anymore. He's openly saying Tony has no right to be even THERE. Now, by this point, Tony has been around as Iron Man for as long as Steve was around as Cap in WW2, perhaps longer. He's shown off, but he also handled a LOT of things and had proven himself as a hero over and over by this point. And Steve pretty much says all Iron Man's done so far isn't 'heroic'. That's extremely arrogant of Steve. So, what does Tony do? At last, he retaliates. He returns Steve questioning his right to be a hero with an equally hurtful remark about Steve's own worth, reminding him that the only reason he's there is because of someone else's work (Eskrine's Serum and Howard's technological genius), and that, really, he has no right questioning anybody's worth. Neither of them are right. But honestly, Stark makes a better point here. Remove the armor, and Stark STILL would have made a mark on the world. Remove the serum, and nobody would ever have known about Steve. Yes, both of them were jerks here. But honestly? Only Tony's last remark was truly into 'jerk' territory, the rest was more 'sarcastic' territory. Steve, however, had gone into 'jerk' territory way before Tony did here. That's why, as much as I like Cap - and I actually do like Cap - I think he came out looking worse than Tony here. Just my own two cents.

hi vọng nó sẽ thật!
