Can you replay missions for cash?
All of the missions can be replayed, but if you want to get any extra bucks you might have to look for the ones that have become slightly tougher. For example, if you had already played a mission that involved doing something in a set amount of time the next time you play it you might have to do it in a shorter amount of time. Another example might be that there are many guards and you have to kill them all, or you aren't aloud to kill anyone. There is no way to replay the same mission the same way.

No. The game play is really smooth with no lag. There is a fade draw distance in between areas.
When falling from a considerable height does your body stay straight and upright like in the first game?
No. Now when you fly from the window of a stolen car you REALLY fly! Oh the wonder of Rag-doll effects. Although, after you fall, even if you fall face first with your back bent backwards, you still get up from a sitting position. I asked the team about it and it seems that they just ran out of time to really work on it, besides it makes your Merc a real bad-ass to get up after having his/her spine bent in a very odd angle.

Yes the Oil company soldiers have three different accents. A surfer, a New Yorker, and your everyday Joe. Every faction speaks English. The Civilians speak English also. Although it would have been fun do do individual languages as in the last game, it took way too much time, It was hard to make the jokes written in English work in other languages, and it just really was difficult to make it all work out correctly.

Between 5 or 8 depends on whom you're playing as.
Why do they update the web site so rarely?
Have you ever had something big and important to do and tried to get done within a very short amount of time with more then 10 people expecting it not only to be done in a timely manner but to entertain them and wow their senses every step of the way? long story short, there was no real time to keep it updated.
