Thank you for bringing to our attention that the World of Warcraft
account you are using may have been compromised. For security and privacy
reasons, the account has been temporarily disabled. To restore account
access privileges to the rightful user, please provide us with the
following:
If you are over the age of 18, we need:
- A notarized copy of official ID (such as a Drivers License, State ID,
or Passport)
If you are under the age of 18 and do not have Drivers License or State
ID, we need:
- A copy of an ID with your name on it (such as a school ID or Birth
Certificate)
- A notarized copy of official ID of your legal parent or guardian
(such as a Drivers License, State ID, or Passport)
- A copy of the current method of payment. If a credit or debit card
has been used, please blank out the middle 8 digits for security
reasons.
Please include the account name as well as the currently registered
email address for the account on the sheet of paper. For security
reasons, we are unable to accept digital copies of Photo Identification.
Please be advised that most places who offer Fax services also offer Notary
services.

Management" Box and then logging into the site.
Furthermore, we urge any person who has had their computer system
compromised to contact their local authorities' computer crime division
and/or District Attorney. Once a report has been filed, the authorities
require evidence of the computer breach and may request IP logins for the
World of Warcraft account in question by fax at (949) 737-2000. WoW
Account Administration will fully cooperate and assist in this
investigation. However, we are only able to discuss or furnish sensitive account
information with the proper authorities.
