Đã chơi thử 1h đồng hồ có nhận xét là game không khác Nail'd là mấy, có thêm các chiêu biểu diễn trên không và một số mục mới. Đồ họa vẫn nhẹ và đẹp. Một game giải trí tốt.

Tất cả (camera, đồ họa, xe cộ, nhân vật, màn chơi) đều gần như bản sao Nail'd.
Còn phần biểu diễn thì Nail'd hồi trước thì làm gì có biểu diễn.
Mad Riders biểu diễn không đa dạng bằng Pure, nhân vật không múa máy trên xe như Pure mà chỉ lộn xe hoặc xoay xe trên không thôi.
Tuy nhiên Mad Riders hay hơn Nail'd vì có nhiều mục mới hơn.
