Kamen Rider DECADE Complete Form will have access to all the evolutions of the previous Riders : Final Kamen Ride KUUGA Ultimate, AGITO Shining, RYUKI Survive, FAIZ Blaster, BLADE King, HIBIKI Armed, KABUTO Hyper, DEN-O Liner, KIVA Emperor. His Final Attack Ride is the Dimension End, surely a mega Rider Kick. His special weapon is the Legend Meteo Caliber, surely a sword.
During his madness, Tsukasa will kill Wataru (Kamen Rider KIVA), Shinji (Kamen Rider RYUKI) et Kazuma (Kamen Rider BLADE).
