(Released) 6.20 TN-B By Total Noob
That was faster than expected! pspgen.com released the new version of Total_Noob’s Hen for OFW 6.20. The main new feature is a bug fix for PSP3000 owners, this version should now work on all PSPs with a firmware 6.20 (no, this doesn’t work on 6.35 yet).
Another new feature is the possibility to downgrade your PSP. I want to insist on the fact that downgrading is a dangerous procedure. There is a huge risk of brick on newer PSP models, and I personally don’t see the point in downgrading a 6.20 PSP. You have been warned.
Total_Noob also added some major bug fixes, which should greatly improve homebrews and plugin compatibility. One of the fixes is courtesy of Hackman.
Total_Noob has, initially, this corrected the bug with the PSP 3000. It has also resolved several bugs and added new features.
Here is the complete list of changes:
Support for PSP 3000 4G
Fixed some problems NIDs
Fixed a bug in launching homebrew. Total_Noob thanked Hackman for his help
Added option Fake Index.dat in TN VSH menu . This new option allows you to distort the information of the PSP, thanks to file Version.txt , which is recoverable at the dump a firmware with any Psar Dumper . (For example, the information is similar to the 5.50 firmware, should dump it)
With this method it is possible to downgrade a PSP, and regardless of the model. We invite you to read our tutorial to be published soon to know how to downgrade . However, the method is and will remain risky because the brig on a PSP 2000v3/3000/GO would recall, irreparable.
