Great utility, that lets you scout players yourself. The higher the percentage after the search, the better the player is. You can either scout by name, age, nationality or whatever you like. It is a very usefull utility. Works only with CM 99/00 and your savegame has to be uncompressed. V1.15 has improved search attributes and new save options as well!
