Tại sao sau khi cài Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 nó lại như vậy ?

Site ảnh lớp của tui, lúc dùng bình thường, update dữ liệu + ảnh thì ko sao, từ khi cài Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 rồi chạy cái localhost folder (tên là thu, đã sharing web rôi) thì nó hiện ra cái thông báo này mà mặc dù nó đã copy ảnh rồi, nhưng CSDL nó chưa update đc, bác nào có cao kiến gì bảo em với ?

Security Exception

Cái đường dẫn tới "C:\Documents and Settings\Nguyen Tat Thang\Desktop\thu" không tồn tại, hoặc không có quyền truy cập do NTFS permission

Không hiểu có vấn đề gì? Error của nó thông báo lý do lỗi rất rõ ràng rồi mà?
Chỉ việc đọc hết đoạn đó là fix được.

Trời đất, tui đã check lại hết rồi, có vấn đề gì đâu, folder thì đã sharing web rồi, data ngon rồi, cứ cài là lại ko chạy đc, bóc đi là lại chạy ngon lành, vào cả IIS để thiết lập cho permit tất cả đến folder đó rồi, thế mà ko đc ?
Bác nào có biện pháp nào ko ?

Theo suy nghĩ của tui thì .NET framework chỉ cho phép IIS access những folder trong webroot thôi.
=> Thử cut folder thu vào trong đó đi.

Đã nói rồi cái đó là do NTFS permission đó
