During your first time in Nordopolica, speak with the couple in the first area, then sleep at the inn until you get an event and Yuri learns an arte. Later, after Mt. Temza, go back to Mantaic. There will be a guy in the North by a couple kids. Speak to him, sleep at the inn, then go back to him and speak to him again. Later, after Zaude, go back to Zephais. Go towards the Mansion for a scene. Leave a come back a little later and head to the same spot to finally get the title.
True Knight (Costume) - Complete all Secret Missions in a single playthrough
Improvisionist (Costume) - Return to Nam Cobanda Isle after defeating Flynn in battle right before going to the final dungeon go up to the stage in the gym, and talk to the person. He has you guys act in a play and you get this title.
Tank Top Lover (Costume) - After your second time in Zaphias, go to Yumange, which is just north of Mt Temza. Talk to go receptionist and leave. Come back a little later. Then, after Zaude, come back and pay 300,000 gald. Leave and come back a little later and pay 600,000 gald. Return later again for this title. Put these costumes on everyone and speak with the receptionist.

Noble Princess - During your first time in Heliord, speak with a man by the blastia named Drake. Later, when you first get to Nordopolica, find Drake again in the first area and speak to him. After the fight with Belius, go back to Dahngrest. In the west bar, enter once and then exit. You will find Drake who will give you an item. Later, just after Zaude, go to Capua Torim. Give 500,000 Glad to the orphanage lady and leave out the west to get this title.
