FourZeroTwo, aka Robert Bowling IW Creative Strategist, was on the "grid" (twitter) for 93 minutes yesterday and answered tons of MW3 questions and cleared up a lot of rumors while he was at it. Many pointed out that he's been M.I.A. the past few weeks but he was quick to point out that he just finished approximately 140 interviews and is now re-focusing on the CoD community.

Heres what was discussed:
-Acknowledged the Spec-Ops trailer delay and realized he's missed every ETA he's given, however, the Spec-Ops trailer will now include additional footage of "new features".
-Confirmed there will be a a few Multiplayer "teases" before the CoD: XP event.
-Completely changed the way weapon unlocks and ranking works.
-Perks are now a "Weapon Focused Feature".
-"Completely Revamped" how Killstreaks work.
-No zombies in MW3.
-No stopping Power.
-Guns have more damage overall.
-Explosives have LESS damage now.
-Confirmed Sergeant Wallcroft is a SAS member. (rumored to be in "Mind the Gap" level)
-There will be more "Sniping Options".
-Sniper rifles are more similar to MW & MW2 rather than Black Ops.
-Announcing all the Hardened Edition details at Call of Duty XP in Sept. (Did not mention "Prestige Ed" but its assumed)
-The reason MICROSOFT is sponsoring CoD: XP is because they were able to provide hundreds and hundreds of consoles for the Multiplayer reveal.

Call of Duty : XP (2011)

Call of Duty : XP 2011 is an event that will take place on September 2nd-3rd 2011 at Los Angeles.
Attendees will be able to play MW3 Multiplayer, run in a life-size recreation of "The Pit" from MW2, as well as play on a life-size recreation of the MP Map "Scrapyard" from MW2, with paintball guns of course.
A million dollar tournament will take place as well. It will be played on the XBOX 360 version of Black Ops.
Attendees will receive a Call Of Duty goodie bag as well as a free ticket to the MW3 Hardened Edition.
Tickets cost $150 (U.S.) each, with 100% profit going to the Call of Duty Endowment, a non-profit organization which helps veterans find jobs and live a better civilian life.
Attendees must be 18 and up and if you are underage you CANNOT be accompanied with an adult in order to participate

Call of Duty : Elite

Call of Duty Elite is a free service built outside the game for MW3, developed by BeachHead studios.
There is an optional Premium membership requiring a monthly fee. The pricing was not specified.
Elite mostly consists of stats-tracking such as KD and WL ratios, heat maps, score-per-minute and a lot more.
There are 4 sections : Career, Connect, Compete and Improve.
Career is mostly for stats.
Connect will allow you to share and find groups.
Compete will allow you to participate in competitive events and share videos.
Improve will allow you to access video guides and in-depth descriptions of in-game features such as weapons, equipment, perks, etc.

Famous YouTuber "XboxAhoy" is currently producing content for Call of Duty : Elite.
