From what i've read above, it seems that we'll be fighting karna masta in the end of ishglia. Akras summoner hall wants to open karna masta's seal then destroy him once and for all because it turns out that karna masta is a god of chaos, on the contrary, karl-bertz-mifa opposed that idea, they think that the power of karna masta is better to be left as it is because it's dangerous and reckless to wake him up.
From the dialogue, it seems that we still have at least two maps to go before we reach Menon map where karna masta is sealed, those maps are Fal-naga, the land which blessed by the power of the dragon and Estoria, the land that once ruled over many majins. Fyi, karl's identity is at last revealed, he turns out to be the descendants of the majin ruler of Fal-naga (this refers to the previous ruler, because the current ruler of Fal-naga is the previous ruler's acquaintance)
