Download podcat's.exe from here:
Podcat's latest exe the LAA one
and copy it inot main fodler (where all exe files are)
Just download and extract it in tfh/mod folder. USE "EXTRACT HERE" OPTION FOR EXTRACTION.
As always clean hoi3 install is the best option.
And mapcache just in case:

Unpack using EXTRACT HERE option.
Say YES to overwrite/merge requests.

USA now forced to take Neutrality Acts.

Democratic Appease Them And Goon Squads tweaked
AI IC efficiency bonuses reduced
Game no longer crashes after opening tech tab with AI control.
No more Goering Plan spam if player says no.

I Corps counter fixed
German submarines events fixed (hopefuly)
AI fix. Now it's already building/researching what it should, so SOV - IC and divisions, USA and JAP - fleet and so on.
There still might be bugs that were missed during tests or balance issues. Keep in mind comparing to previous versions this affects game balance a lot.
Technicaly it is savegame compatible. game won't crash instantly, but due to AI changes it might cause some weird behaviour, bugs or even CTDs.

review bản mod này là AI ngu ko thể tả, bản gốc cho nó automatic là nó dàn quân hết biên giới đánh địch, còn bản này chỉ cần có 1 nhóm nổi loạn ở trong lãnh thỗ là nó kéo hết toàn bộ quân về, bỏ mặc nguyên 1 vùng biên giới rộng lớn cho địch thoải mái chiếm
