Some keypoints from the video:
* Install size of 23GB
* ATM loading an area can take up to a minute, but plans are to improve this
* Does still have rolling cache, which also makes the previously mentioned loading time much quicker
* No (world) updates needed anymore, more leaning on the rolling cache
* Better flight planner
* Better aerodynamic engine, including wake turbulence and updraft. You are able to visualize this.
* Career mode is first about getting learning to fly and expending on this. Though the AI voice acting is a bit weak and dry.
* Missions seem to be better
* Red Bull air races included
* For the animals, the Planet Zoo assets are used.
* Graphics seem a lot better than in 2020. Ray tracing helps with this.
* Ground is especially improvement, a lot more detailed. Rocks also really look like rocks.
* 91% of world flight traffic is correctly in the sim simulated
* Playability: Hard to judge in this short amount of hands-on time (<2 hours). Doesn't feel that different, but the presenter says that he's not experienced enough to give a fair judgement.
* Doubts about the big reliance on cloud streaming. Not a problem for most of us (in the Netherlands), but could be a problem for some.
