General
New PvE map Convoy released
All new rewards, the Upgrade 3s for common cards, will be available for players as loot in PvE (on all maps of the new campaign in expert mode) and to claim in PvP.
Rankings: There now is a ranking table in the news screen showing the top 200 players. Go and check out your own single player rank for collection or tome mode, or have a look at the ranks of other players.
Player versus Player
Since applying Upgrade 3s has a higher gold cost, gold drops in Ranked Duels have been adjusted to provide up to two and half times more gold. The rewards in Tome Format have also been increased and provide twice as much gold compared to Collection Format.
Player versus Environment
The new PvE campaign continues with the PvE map Convoy
The new rewards, the Upgrade 3s for common cards, will be available in PvE on all maps of the new campaign in expert mode.
Cards
Card Balancing: Summoned Nightcrawlers have now upgrade values according to the normal card. (DPTS 745 -> 640, 680, 745), Summoned Skeleton Warriors have now upgrade values according to the normal card. (Life 100 -> 85, 90, 100).
User Interface
It is now possible to right click on a chat line to bring up the player context menu. This allows for much easier and faster user interaction.

It is now possible to skip the playback of the EA logo that is showing up when launching BattleForge if you watched it at least once

Made keyboard navigation in the Bootstrapper a bit easier
Bootstrapper does now store its logfile and crashdata as "bs_log.txt" and "bs_crashdata.mdmp" in "Documents\BattleForge\Diag". This way all relevant diagnostic data is found in one place.
Added /ignore as a chat command. This will add the given player to your ignore list.
Added "Report Player" to player context menu. This makes it easier to report spammers.

Audio: generic on-screen acknowledgments that are triggered during combat or other special events are not causing global audio volume ducking anymore
Fixed a bug where Parasite Swarm could get invisible when not successfully performing a mind control special.

User Interface
If you switch your deck in the deck control, you get the promp message that your deck got saved (it got saved before, too, but you haven't got a prompt message about this).
There's more feedback about the automatic registration process when buying a tome in the marketplace.
Bug Fixes
If you try to register with a free client as group member for a ranked duell there will be no wrong error message displayed anymore.
Bugfix Map: Slavemaster: The sandstorm triggered on this map will no longer quicken the movement speed of slow XL unit

Two new PvE maps released for new campaign: Slavemaster and Ocean

Rank 13: Overlord, XP needed 1,200,000
Rank 14: Archon, XP needed 2,400,000

Bugfix Code: The sorting functionality in the marketplace now remembers your last used sort option and applies it automatically

Map: Lajesh – a blocking issue has been fixed that prevented a part from a wall to be mountable if the wall was raised from the attacker's side.

UPDATE NOTES, May 26th
General
BattleForge goes Play4Free. You can now get access to the full BattleForge game world without having to enter a serial key. This includes all community features, upgrades, scenarios, ranked duels and 2 decks. To be able to trade away cards or BattleForge Points, you can unlock the full trade features either through reaching rank 4 in PvE or Rank 10 in PvP or by entering a serial key. Players that already played the demo can keep using these accounts. Their decks have been exchanged with the new decks and the rewards and campaign progress gained in the demo version is still available.
It's now possible to sort the auctions. They can be sorted by price, period of time, auction type, or the name of the auction item.
You are now able to discard upgrades and / or charges from your card. Discarded upgrades get destroyed; charges are added back to your card collection.

Card Balancing: Watchlist Card Magma Spores increased Special cost 30 -> 50
Card Portal Nexus: Fixed a bug where the game crashed when trying to use the Portal and the Portal Exit is already shut down.
User Interface
New UI flow: After buying a tome in the marketplace, it will be automatically registered afterwards if possible. When the registration process has been completed you will be directly forwarded to the "Create New Deck" Screen where you can create a new Tome deck.

Map: Blight - The Ravenheart vanishes now correctly from the map (there has been an issue where it could happen that the Ravenheart wouldn't vanish from the map)
Map: Mo – Removed a blocking issue that prevented the Banzai Birds from despawning correctly after they finished their flight.
Map: Mo – The player won't be able to mind control the Command Walker any longer.
Map: Mo – When the player solves the "morale camp" with flying units before Mo has charged down the wall should no longer get the player trapped behind the wall.
Map: Mo – Flying units advancing far over the walls will now triggers Mo's wall destroy events, regardless if he is in range of the wall or not
Map: Mo – Fixed a blocking issue that could get large units trapped behind a power well
Map: Mo – The quest markers for Mo and the Raven ships should now work correctly for the whole time

Card: Mo – Wrong parameters in the description of Mo's Group Hug were fixed and the minimum heal amout of this ability was raised to 1000.
Code: Translation of the server status tooltip window is now correctly updated if you switch the game's language in the login screen of the Bootstrapper
Card: Cannon Tower – Added missing information about Knockback. The tower is able to knock back small units which wasn't mentioned before (only affects loca, no impact on performance)!
Code: Fixed rare issue where auctions could get stuck meaning they would never finish.
Code: 12 Player map starting process fixed, you won’t get stuck in the loading screen anymore

General
You will now be able to request/show a deck from/to another player. A window will open where you can have a look of the cards contained in the players current deck. Additionally deck name, decklevel and the cardpool type (tutorial, general or limited deck) will be revealed.
New PvE campaign has been released, starting with the two maps Blight and Mo.
Improved auction mails. Auction mails do now contain information about the card being traded and about BF-Points when the auction is won, sold or outbid.

Map: Wazhai – a power well position was corrected so it can longer be claimed from the cliff in the northeast

4PVE Dwarven Riddle – all difficulties - The first attacking waves should now prove easier. A spawning cave on the eastern side has been moved away from the player fortress to even the difficulty at all starting positions. The demon waves and the Stonekin bases have been slightly tuned to be more at par with the rest of the enemies. A spawning glitch has been removed that could disable spawning after 20 minutes. The vegetation should now also be removed when the inner area opens, to make the entrances more visible
2PVE Nightmare’s Shard – Expert- An exploit that could be achieved with the Mark of the Keeper has been fixed
2PVE Sunbridge – all difficulties- The Twilight Treefiends should no longer become immortal if attacked too soon
12 PVE Ascension – Advanced - Stop Viridya in Viridya's Sanctum, preventing her to reach the portal to Jorne’s stand, is easier now.

A crash when worms get killed through trample revenge damage is fixed.
Fixed broken reverb reset, so overall in-game performance increased even when low audio quality is not set.
Added options for increased graphics performance on fill-rate limited min-spec machines.
When there is an error when trying to resolve a scratchcard there will be a seperate error message displayed.
Intermediate solution for a potential issue where a user enters a scratch card code in the marketplace and no error is returned although an error occured during the activation of said scratch card code. Whenever an error is returned, the scratch card code is not consumed!
The sound when opening a booster will now be played every time you open a booster and not only once.
Fixed a random crash when updating the BattleForge-Points wallet.
Tooltips for Promo-Cards in the collection are displayed right now.
Sunstriders + Windweaver: in both descriptions a wrong mathematical rounding has been corrected; the units shoot every 2,5 seconds - not every 2 seconds (this just affects the description and has no effect on performance!)

When the mail inbox is full and the last mail is auto collected by the server the client view will be updated, thus you regain your BattleForge Points without a relogin.
Swamp Drake (Promo): The unit didn’t deal as much damage as stated on the card. It should be as strong as a normal Swamp Drake on Upgrade 2, so the values have now been adjusted to the dpts value displayed on the card (performance improved).
Fixed missing name on Nether Bomb (placed by Altar of Chaos).
Forsaken: The unit is marked as Good vs M on the card but didn’t behave in this way. Instead of dealing more damage vs M-sized creatures it dealt more damage vs S-sized creatures. This bug has been fixed by adjusting the real Weapon Type to M as displayed on the card (performance is influenced – unit will now deal more damage against M).
The Gold Wagon unit is now correctly set to be a ground unit again and can be attacked by melee enemies.
Ascension - a mission counter has been fixed

Loot chests and XP milestones in PvE maps
Chests are placed at key points in PvE scenarios. Looting chests rewards you with gold. Likewise XP is awarded each time you achieve a mission goal within a scenario, not just at the end.
