Tình hình là acc của e bị lock RMAH khoảng 2 tháng rồi và e đã gửi ticket lúc tối ngày 4/3. vấn đề lớn là acc của e mua lại hơn 1 năm và mất liên lạc vs chủ acc trước nên k có CMND.
sau khi e gửi ticket đã được email phản hồi nội dung:

Hey thanks for contacting Blizzard. This is Acherxion.
I looked you into your account and you are blocked from the RMAH due to the parental controls on your account. Now you will need to speak to your parents and they should be able to change your parental controls in order to let you acess the RMAH. If they no longer have the email to make the changes they can get it back here:

But in any case we can help you remove it. If you are over 18 all we need in order to remove you parental controls from your account is the following:
- Copy of a Valid ID. This can be a picture taken or a scan of your ID. Just responde to this ticket a attach the foto.
IF you are not yet 18 and want to remove your parental controls we will your ID as well as:
- Copy of your parents Vaild ID.
If you have any questions or any thing else we can do for you please feel free to respond to this ticket and we will help you out the best we can.

Lúc trước có bác chỉ e chụp hình CMND rồi ra cửa hàng photoshop sửa tên, rồi chụp hình CMND đã sữa tên rồi gửi, ngặc nỗi e ở vùng biên giới nên tìm không ra tiệm photoshop. đồ của e bị dính trên RMAH lại có giá trị nên cần unlock, cám ơn bác bác.
