I don't now if this topic has been discussed before, but here it goes.
I have noticed that my player (player manager career) lost several skill points due to low energy, below 75 (Yellow). Currently I am playing in the Italian Serie B, and my player lost around 10 skill points resulting in a drop in Speed and Acceleration. BAD!!!
My conclusion: Don't let your players play if their energy is below 75.
I normally play each Saturday, so energy should not be a problem, but if there is a match on Wednesday, then I am in trouble.
Even if I set the training scope to 50%, the player is not fit for fight. Current skills in stamina is 65.
Lowering the training scope is a bad thing when playing as player manager, because it's more difficult to raise your skills, so I am not happy lowering the scope.
If I set high recovery in training, and the intensity gets below friendly, I also loose skill points... Strange
