Tuner Monster = 1 dạng eff monster bt chỉ mang cái mác Tuner

Synchro Monster nằm trong Fusion Deck, ko cần Polime, chỉ cần đúng tên con Tuner + 1 Monster khác trên field sao cho level = level của nó là SS lên field từ Fusion Deck.

Fusion Deck = Extra Deck = limit 15

Nếu ko nhầm thì tuner monster có thể vừa có loại normal monster vừa có loại eff monster .
