Chapter 693: Die for me
Franky and Buffalo+Baby 5 stare at each other in silence.
Franky breaks the silence abruptly by firing General Left at Buffalo, to their suprise.
General Left explodes on Buffalo, causing him to spiral down.
Franky continues to fire on them, separating Buffalo and Baby 5 as they fall.
Baby 5 doesn't recognize General Franky, and wonders what it is... can't be Pacifista, Caesar is not interested in human weapons.
She fires a massive gatling gun at GF, all bullets hitting him. To her surpirse, GF is still standing without any visible damage!
GF: General Im-a-OK!
Franky pulls off a tiny shield (The circle with star on his shoulder) and holds it defensively, to which Baby 5 points out he's defending too late (he already got hit lol)
Franky in anger, throws the shield (CAPTAIN ROGERS IS THAT YOU?) General Shield Boomerang!
Baby 5: I guess you're not satisfied with a toy eh? Alright... Espada Girl!
Baby 5's upper torso becames a massive scimitar. She still has her eyes, goggles, mouth, and cigar on the blade lol.
Buffalo grabs her, and swings her around spinning using his spin ability, and slices the shield in half.
Baby 5 says if this robot is stopping them from recovering Caesar, then it's clearly an enemy. Her upper torso turns into a bomb, and Buffalo spin-throws her at GF.
Franky fires at her, but takes evasive action to dodge the bullets, and slams herself into GF!
Huge explosion on the deck of the tanker.
Meanwhile, near the explosion on the tanker... Caesar regains conciousness.
He's barely alive, and cannot even move himself. He pulls out Smoker's heart, and decides to take down at least Smoker with him.
Meanwhile in Lab 3, building R
Law filled up the trolley with kids, marines, and himself, yelling at the Straw Hats to get in.
Luffy tells him the rest of his gang aren't here yet, he's not leaving without them.
Nami asks Sanji if Franky is ok, and Sanji answers he went to move Sunny to the sea, so he's probably fine.
Chopper and Brook are 50m away from the door to building R. The marine medics are carrying Mocha, and they are all running for their lives as the gas is right on their tail.
Usopp tells them to dive in, the gates are nearly closing. The CC goons Usopp took out last chapter asks Usopp if it's ok if they follow him down.
Chopper's group makes it in just in time, as Luffy orders them to get on the trolley, they're getting out of here.
Brook: What should we do!? What should we do about Kin-emon?
Momo: Kin-emon!?
Momo hears his dad's name, turns around to see the petrified Kin-emon, and bursts into tears.
Monet: Joker... can you hear me? This Monet...
Dofla: Monet, glad to hear you're alive... Vergo is taken out.
Monet: !!
Dofla: And Caesar as well... but Baby 5 and Buffalo may be able to recover him.
This is all due to my misplanning, I'm sorry. But to be safe, I want to destroy all those brats.
In that lab 3, there's another weapon hidden there that destroyed lab 1 and 2 four years ago.
If you press the detonation button, the only one that will survive on that island will be Caesar who can withstand deadly poison.
The swith is located.....
Monet: You can stop there, Joker. I've planned that from the start as well.
Dofla: !?
Monet: I'm in front of that detonation switch right now. The explosion will reach the tanker. Everything will be lost, is that ok with you?
Dofla: ... I'm sorry for this. Take everything down with you, and die for me!
