Làm theo cách này nè bro,chỉnh nó ại sp3 là chạy được
No need to install SP3 just do next work 100% I try
Step 1: Run Regedit by Clicking on Start -> Run , type in regedit and press enter
Step 2: Make a backup of your registry (just in case)
Step 3: Browse to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\C ontr ol\Windows"
Step 4: Modify the value of "CSDVersion" from "0x00000200" (SP2) to the Windows XP SP3 value of "0x00000300"
Step 5: Close registry editor
Step 6: Reboot
Step 7: Start GTA and freakin enjoy it already!

anh em nghe đồn vậy thôi chứ thằng microsoft + rockstar nó có nói là 10-12 ra patch đâu , chỉ bảo trong vài ngày nữa .....
 
Bác mở cái file commandline.txt thêm dòng này vào cuối cùng

Hình như tốc độ khung hình sẽ ít giật hơn. Em chỉnh high 2 cái đầu tiên và mấy thanh ở dưới chỉnh xuống thấp hết :D
 
giờ thì đợi patch cái nữa hy vọng cấu hình nó giảm xuống xíu em vô cứ bị texture nhìn đối thoại thì ngon cứ ra đường là bị ::(
 
Ai giúp em với em down bản razor về thì ko giải nén dc tại vì toàn fille trắng bếch ra ko giải nén dc ai cho em hỏi nó bị làm sao vậy có ai bị giống em ko giúp với đi , các bác ơi:((
 
ra patch rồi còn chờ crack, tui lại bị cái khổ là đi mua đĩa, đíu hỉu bọn hàng đĩa có cập nhật cho ko nữa 8-|
 
Patch cho GTA 4 đã được công bố, nhưng lúc nào ra thì chưa nói, chỉ nói là "We're working"

Driver News
We’re pleased to announce that in co-operation with Nvidia a new driver has been released that improves performance and fixes a major issue with 7900 series cards. If you haven’t gotten the driver yet download it here: http://www.nzone.com/object/nzone_gtaiv_downloads.html

ATI has also agreed to officially release Catalyst 8.12 which will release on Dec 10th from http://game.amd.com. Expect significant performance improvements when using this new driver.

Patch Is On The Way
We are working on making a patch available in the next few days. Since Grand Theft Auto IV is a Games For Windows – Live game the patch must be certified by Microsoft before release. The patch is already at Microsoft and we expect a speedy approval.
The patch contains a variety of fixes including:

-A fix to the crash after legal screen that some German customers were reporting.
-Numerous improvements to the video editor: Smarter naming of videos, improved rendering quality, better fx during replays
-Fix to bowling while using certain sensitive mice
-Fix for ATI 1900 shadows
-Overall savings to memory
-Graphic improvements to particle systems and mirrors
-Multiplayer character settings are preserved
-Support for DirectInput controllers. Note: The current hack way of supporting these controllers may not work with the improved functionality. So we recommend you remove the hack before upgrading to the patch.

Issues with power management software have also been fixed (slow speed, double speed issues). Even after the patch comes out setting power management software to maximum performance is recommended. We’ve seen cases where power management software does not detect the game is running and puts the CPU in green mode.

Besides the patch we’ve also improved the way the Social Club handles data this should have greatly reduced or eliminated the Mma10 error. If you are still receiving this error after logging in and out of Social Club we would like to know as much info as you can about it.

Rockstar Games Social Club Application Info

A small number of users have reported the Rockstar Games Social Club application encountering a fatal error, preventing them from playing GTA IV PC. One possible solution is to uninstall the .NET Framework (from Add/Remove Programs) and reinstall it by downloading it from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...&displaylang=en. If you continue to run into fatal errors in the Rockstar Games Social Club application, please contact Rockstar Games support.

Cool, để xem xem patch có tăng thêm khung hình nào ko. Hôm qua thử cái commandline với tắt shadow tăng thêm 6-7 fps overall, cũng khá. Mưa gió hay đêm tối, trời sáng gì lúc nào cũng 25-30 hoặc hơn. ^^

P/s : lúc đầu chỉnh cái gì chả biết nó benchmark có 25fps, lúc chỉnh commandline xong tăng 45fps. =))

Bên trái là ảnh đã thay đổi brightness, cá nhân mà nói thì sau khi thay đổi hình ảnh tươi sáng + ánh nắng đẹp hơn rất nhiều. Tuy nhiên phải nhìn lớn mới thấy, nhìn hình bé thì bên default cũng đẹp chán :o
