Over the past two years of providing a Gunbound service, we’ve experienced it all; exciting game sessions, talented players, some hilarious fails, creative strikes, not to mention the fantastic interaction with you, the Community. It is on this note, and with a big pinch of sadness that we announce that GOA and Softnyx have jointly decided to cease publishing Gunbound in Europe on the 31st of May 2009 at midnight, central European time.
But, this is not all bad news!
First, Gunbound will continue to thrive on Softnyx’s international servers, where all Europeans players will be free to create accounts, join the fray and enjoy all of Gunbound’s latest features!
Second, as one door closes, others open on GOA.COM! While the discontinuation of Gunbound is a sad moment for all of us, we will continue carrying Pangya and Kart n’ Crazy, and new games will be added on GOA.COM. You will soon be free to hack n' slash your way through monster-crawling dungeons and challenging PvP encounters in Warrior Epic, an online action RPG set in a unique fantasy world. In just a few months you will also enjoy Mytheon, a massively multiplayer online game which combines the best elements of action strategy and role-playing games, with a heavy emphasis on collectability and combat.
In the meanwhile we will of course continue doing everything necessary to offer a service for all to enjoy and make sure we give Gunbound the warm goodbye it deserves.
