Nah! That's got nothing to do with tying your shoes. I did that for my gf, too.

You've seen it in movies right? I've seen plenty.
The foot is one of the most delicate part of a woman's body. Holding those delicate things in your hand and taking care of it is sweet. It's not like you have to kiss it or get down on your knee to do so.

Of course, we don't do that for every girl. Just your wife or long term/serious gf.

I really love high boots and sneakers... Flippers really make me feel untidy.
 
Maybe it's just my case but I'm still quite unconvinced about the natural-ness of tieing (or tying? goddamn my English is so broken) your girlfriend's shoes.
I never was one big romantic guy anyway. Never into those public confession & proposal bs.
 
Originally a Vietnamese, given away for adoption to an American family. Grew up with only kindness in his heart. Only does charity works and NGO that helps humanity. Perfect gentleman. Too family oriented in the end.

Don't know how I managed to emasculate him so much that he postponed the talk about kids only after the marriage. At least he showed some balls by divorcing.

Guys, be nice, but don't be the wuss in the relationship.
 
I've only ever tied my gf's shoes after we get laid, since it's like the only chance she'll get dressed in my presence.

btw, I don't know whether to congrat or feel sorry for you, SC, but I hope you'll get over it soon. Life is long after all.

and hey, congratz too, VAT, it's cool to have a kid and a wife at the same time, like a big sale off with gift you didn't expect. But a man should have a sense of responsibility, even I know that. Good luck though!

P.S ah all the talk about marriage, if it's not that I broke up with my ex last year (some of you may remember), I should have begun to plan wedding and stuffs at this time of the year.

I used to like slippers and used to hate shoes (Too restricting to me at that time). But after being forced to wear shoes due to low temperature of the UK, I can't imagine myself in slippers anymore. Shoes all the way!

You're right, too. Slippers are untidy.

p/s: Oh yeah! And I really wanna see you all dress-up and on high heel. Could there be any pic providable? =P~

Hey, I'm trying to cheer you up, dude. I know (or I think I know) the feeling. We all have time when we get too much fun and get in over our head (no pun implied) and forget the protection. I still remember the long spent time to dread... er... think through these things.

Anyway, wish you a happy marriage and all the best. Statistics are against you but every case is unique.

We don't show it often but I think everyone here does care about each other (a bit).

Hey it's not like she forced me to marry her. We really do want to get married even before having the child.
And I'm pretty sure I'll have a good life with her. At least that's what I'm thinking right now. It's a 7 years relationship and I did ask myself "the question" no less than a million times.
 
Now to mention that, hey Vat I and "him" have played hide and seek for 8 years :-<
