Thank you for your follow-up email. Unfortunately, we have provided all pertinent information regarding the World of Warcraft account in question. Upon reinvestigating the account, we regret to inform you that we were only able to confirm our previously communicated findings. Our investigation was able to determine that the account has been accessed by an unauthorized user from an unsupported region for the majority of the account's lifetime. As such, the account closure decision is final and the account status permanent. The World of Warcraft account will not be re-opened or re-activated under any circumstance.

Additionally, please note that it is explicitly stated on the account creation page, "This account creation process is only available to customers in North America, New Zealand, Australia, and Singapore." When this account was created, the standard, valid, creation method was circumvented, thus invalidating the account and subjecting it to closure.

While it is our goal to provide you with the best quality service that we can, the actions taken on the account will stand. It is with regret that we take this type of action; however, it is in the best interest of the World of Warcraft community as a whole, and for the integrity of the game.

We hope this has cleared up any concerns you may have had and thank you for respecting our position on this matter. Please feel free to contact us once more should you have any further questions or concerns.

The bottom line is that we want World of Warcraft to be a fun and safe environment for all players. Có nghĩa là nếu mình chơi tiếp ở VN, và nó check ra phàn lớn time là chơi ở "unsupported region" thì có làm acc mới cũng sẽ có ngày ra đi.

Thế lúc đăng kí tự mình đăng kí hay nhờ ai ở nước ngoài đăng kí dùm.
Lúc lấy vùng chơi chọn vùng nào cái đã. (Biết đâu ông này chọn American hay Australia lúc đăng kí cho Blizz thì sao, cho oai hay thích gì thì tui kô biết.

Đăng kí một vùng chơi một vùng khác nó khóa thì sao.
Mà đăng kí đúng Việt Nam nó khóa thì thôi. Chúng ta nói nó có thèm nghe đâu mà ý kiến ý cò với nó. Tại dân Việt mình xài CC chùa nhiều wa thôi :(

Vụ này rắc rối vì nếu 1 người Mỹ qua VN làm việc hoặc du lịch 3 tháng, rồi trong thời gian đó họ chơi Wow ở VN suốt mấy tháng đó thì sao ta? IP chơi WoW của họ là IP VN thế nhưng họ đăng ký ở Mỹ thì tính sao??? Chắc đông khách quá giết vài trăm đứa cũng chẳng bận tâm gì lắm.

Bất công!! Đạo lý ở đâu ra khi tau là khách hàng, tau trả tiền cho nó trong khi kinh tế tau còn kém nó xa lắm để chỉ với lý do mún chơi wow?? Đạo lý ở đâu ra khi tau kô hề làm gì tổn hại đến nó mà nó cho rằng unsupport area là ban?
