Restart the launcher has been updated Loop
Possible fix:

Here is a list of common issues and their solutions, should we have any.
Win7/Vista – „Failed to connect to the internet”
Right-click the LOCO launcher and run as admin. The launcher will then patch and the issue is automatically fixed.
XP – “Failed to connect to the internet”
We’re not sure yet…any help is appreciated.
Windows 7 – “I can’t see the start button in the launcher!”
This mainly occurs on laptops. Right-click on your desktop, choose the last option, then choose “Display” in the bottom left corner of the new window. Select “100% - Small”. You may have to close the launcher and reopen it for this to take effect, but you will then see the start button.
“Error setting display mode”
This only happens on old, low-spec machines with Intel GMA chipsets (i.e. onboard graphics cards). Danal is checking if it can be remedied, but there is a possibility that this can’t be fixed, as none of these machines meet the minimum system requirements.
“Login Failed”
You received a key and used it correctly:
If you changed your password recently, you will have to use your previous password when applying for the CB. We hope this will be fixed soon
