First, thanks for downloading the texture Mod!
I have included TexMod so you don't have to go hunting for it (although its as simple as typing texmod in google)
I can't stress enough that without this program (which was not created by me) that this mod would never be possible so a lot of the credit goes to him.

**INSTALLATION**
Step 1) Place TexMod inside any folder you wish (or create a new one, it doesn't matter)
Step 2) Run Texmod and click on the folder icon on the top left that reads [Target Application] --> Choose the speed.exe in your NFSMW folder
Step 3) Right below that icon are 3 different modes for the Texmod Program, choose package Mode (should be the default mode)
Step 4) Once you have the speed.exe selected and are in package mode you should have the option of loading a tpf file.
Click on the small folder icon and find the NFSMWMOD.tpf included (it doesn't matter where you place the file) and open it.
Step 5) Click Run
